Who operates the service
RivetRake is operated by ActaFlow S.r.l., Via Canturina 153, 22100 Como (CO), Italy, VAT / tax code 04311920138, REA CO - 435512. Product support: rivetrake-2@polsia.app.
Information processed
An account uses an email address and password. A bundle can store pasted RFQ email text, readable text extracted from an uploaded PDF, TXT or CSV source, the source locators and quotes, checklist edits, a clarification-email draft, and a qualified-shop review attestation. Uploaded file binaries are processed in memory and are not stored as files.
The extraction request sends source text and its locators to Polsia-managed AI infrastructure. Underlying model-provider and processor retention details are not published here. Do not submit personal, sensitive, restricted, export-controlled, or confidential material.
Access, deletion, and retention
Saved bundles are available only to the account that created them. This beta has one user account per shop and does not provide shared team seats. You can delete a bundle from its workspace; source text, checklist facts, review notes, and drafts are removed with it.
Inactive bundle content is scheduled for deletion after 30 days without an update. Payment identifiers and status are stored separately when a payment attempt exists and may remain for entitlement and duplicate-event handling. Live checkout is disabled, so the current beta creates no payment attempts.
Exports and contact
CSV and PDF exports contain checklist values, source references, quoted evidence, unknowns, conflicts, and review state. Clarification drafts are not sent by RivetRake. Questions can be sent to rivetrake-2@polsia.app.
Tax, delivery, cancellation, refund, and approved legal privacy terms are not published. Payment is unavailable.
